Grade 5 - Camp Day 3
A wonderful way to wrap up an unforgettable camp.
What a way to finish! Day three was a fitting end to what has been a truly special few days in the Grampians.
We kicked off the morning with a very important celebration, singing Happy Birthday to Callum and sharing some delicious chocolate cake together. Students then threw themselves into their final activity rotation with the same enthusiasm and teamwork they brought to every moment of camp, right to the very end.
After packing up and saying goodbye to Halls Gap, we refuelled with tasty chicken wraps before hitting the road. The journey home included a stop at a stunning lookout where we found ourselves quite literally on top of the clouds, a magical moment that was the perfect send-off from the Grampians.
We are returning as happy, tired, and very proud campers. This cohort showed incredible resilience, courage, and heart across all three days, and it has been an absolute privilege to share this experience with them.
