Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) at Apollo Parkways Primary School
Apollo’s Out of School Hours Care program is a high-quality, well-established and highly attended service, proudly run entirely by the school. The program is overseen by School Council, ensuring strong governance and alignment with our school values of Excellence, Kindness and Respect.
All OSHC team members are directly employed by the school, creating a consistent, connected and familiar experience for our students and families. Many of our OSHC staff also work within the school as Education Support staff, meaning they know our students well and build strong, trusting relationships across the school day, e.g. classroom support, recess and lunchtime clubs, and structured activities.
Our team also supports smooth transitions for our youngest learners throughout their prep year, with staff collecting Prep students from their classrooms at the end of the day and escorting them to their classrooms each morning via the Prep Train. These routines ensure a calm and supported transition between OSHC and their classrooms.
Vacation Care at Apollo Parkways Primary School.
In addition to our OSHC program, Apollo Parkways Primary School offers a comprehensive Vacation Care program during each term break to further support our families.
The program is delivered by our dedicated OSHC team, providing consistency, familiarity and a strong sense of care for all students. All activities are held onsite, offering families reassurance that their children are in a safe, well-known environment.
Our Vacation Care program features a wide range of engaging and high-quality activities, carefully selected in partnership with trusted providers who regularly return due to their popularity and success with our students. These experiences are designed to be fun, inclusive and enriching for all age groups.
Programs are always in high demand and places fill quickly. All food is provided, and each day is thoughtfully planned to ensure students enjoy a positive, active and enjoyable holiday experience.
Hours of operation:
Before School Care: 7.00am - 8.45am
After School Care: 3.30pm - 6.00pm
Vacation Care: 7:00am - 6:00pm
