🌱 Grade 3 - Edendale Farm 🌱

Our students spent the day at Edendale Farm, taking part in a series of rotations all about the local ecosystem.

They learned about pollinators and the important role they play, and discovered just how much work worms do to keep soil healthy. Students even got to hold worms from the compost that Edendale Farm runs, which was a favourite moment for many.

There was also a walk along the water bank, where students saw the work the local council does to care for our parks and natural spaces.

It was a great day out, and students came back with plenty to share about the environment on their doorstep.
