Grade 4 - Camp Day 1
We got off to a fantastic start on our camp adventure with a visit to Maru Fauna Park! Students had an awesome time getting up close and learning about some amazing Australian animals, including white kangaroos, Banksy the koala, Molly the dingo and Amelia the python.
After arriving at Phillip Island Adventure Resort, we unpacked quickly and jumped straight into our exciting adventure activities. The day was filled with fun and challenges on the giant swing, flying fox, initiatives course, low ropes, boulder wall and even swimming!
Tonight, due to the chilly weather, there’s been a change of plans, we’re all snuggled up with popcorn, watching the inspiring true story of a dog who protects a colony of penguins. A perfect way to end our first day of camp!
