Grade 5 - Natural Disasters Incursion

Last week, our Grade 5 students took part in an exciting incursion all about natural disasters, linked to their inquiry unit this term. Through a range of hands-on experiments and engaging demonstrations, students explored the devastating effects of different natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanoes.

Not only did they observe some fascinating scientific demonstrations, but they also had the chance to conduct their own experiments, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the forces behind these powerful natural events.

It was a fantastic day of learning, discovery, and inquiry in action!
